Are you an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker),
an American-Filipino citizen or a Foreigner?

If you are interested to purchase an Avida property but cannot attend personally to transact, just email me exactly what is it you need and wishes to accomplish but cannot do so because of distance. Legal documentation and paper processing is easy through pre-drafted legal forms which I can send you. We can work on-line and use email exchanges, yahoo messenger (YM) and next-day-document delivery.

I work at home and do all my transaction via internet so you can get fast updates. There are no office hours for me and I work 24/6 including holidays except Sunday of course. Just email me and I will get back to you with a step by step process.

If you are a foreigner, you can purchase any Avida condominium under your name except a house and lot. You can however use a partner, friend or relative by affinity to purchase the property on your behalf.
