40 minutes from Manila

CAVITEX (Manila-Cavite Radial Road or R1) is a 7-km. extension of Coastal Rd. While the new Molino Highway (from R1 junction) gives shortcut access going to Molino Road where Avida Settings Cavite is located as well as 4 other major Avida projects,
These new roads (plus C3 extensions in Cavite-Las Piñas) makes going to Avida Settings Cavite as short as 40 minutes from Manila or 50 mintues from Buendia Makati. The traffic is even less if you use the new Macapagal Highway instead of Roxas Blvd.

Cavite has always been notrious to traffic because of Aguilnaldo Highway, but commuters no longer need to use this road with the new Molino Highway leading to Molino Road. Aguinaldo Highway is even eased of traffic because of R1 as alternate road going to Kawit and Naic Cavite. making Dasmariñas Cavite seemingly like a short distance

In the near future, Cavite will be be the best housing alternative because of its proximity to Metro Manila.

40 minutes from Makati

Skyway has reduced travelling from Makati CBD to Alabang as short as 10-minutes. Skyway ends with the new over and underpass roads in Alabang Zapote Roads leading to the new Daang Hari road (Side road of Ayala Alabang) which gives a short 20-minutes ride to Avida Settings Molino, Cavite
CAVITEX will eventually connect to C-6 Super Highway, (Bulacan - Rizal - Manila - Cavite Regional Expressway) and to the proposed Cavite-Laguna Expressway. Meanwhile, when the C-5 circumferential road and the NAIA Expressway is extended southward,

it will also eventually be connected to the expressway as well. It will be the street alignment of the Manila LRT Yellow Line South Extension when completed in Paranaque City. It will have 2 stations, namely: Asia World & Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
