The District Mall Molino, developed by Ayala Mall in Cavite is set to open in December 2013! Construction is in full swing and soon, residents of Avida Settings and Avida Residences nearby will experience comfort shopping in style!
The District Mall Molino is at the right side of the main entrance of Avida Settings, Dasmarinas Cavite. Quite exciting to imagine that 10 years ago, this Molino stretch was either a rice field or a farming land. We all know that SM is everywhere but for an Ayala Mall to invest in this part of Cavite, it only means that the area has much potential for quality living.
District Mall Aguinaldo & District Mall Molino
The first Ayala Mall in Cavite opened earlier in 2013. The District Mall Aguinaldo is located at the end corner of Aguinaldo highway and Daang Hari Roads. It’s about 5 minutes from District Mall – Molino, quite near which means that this 5-km radius property in Cavite is booming. Once District Mall Molino opens, land prices will again appreciate. The mall has several up-scale restaurants, speciality stores and Metro Department store which has its own supermarket. This Ayala Mall also has an open area for events and gatherings. Why build an Ayala Mall in Dasmarinas Cavite?
A grand master plan is unveiling before our eyes. First of all, Molino Road, Cavite (topographically located in Dasmariñas City) doesn’t feel “probinsya” at all. Yes there are a few decrepit commercial areas along the way but these are slowly being replaced by new businesses – thanks to middle-class residents from Metro Manila who are moving in this area. Roads are being widened (slowly but surely) and yes – an Ayala Mall will soon rise here. SM Molino is 2km away and major supermarket and restaurant establishments will soon rise as well.
To date, Avida Settings, Avida Residences – Sta. Catalina, Avida Residences – Dasmariñas & Avida Village – Sta. Cecilia have pretty much overtaken Molino. This area has lots of potential with approximately 2,000 hectares of undeveloped land. These areas include rolling lands from Daang Hari Molino IV towards Paliparan. Indeed – these area is reserved for future development that will make the Bacoor-Dasma area compete with the country’s top residential and commerical destination.
The Molino Road in Bacoor-Dasmarinas area links to Molino Highway that gives you an alternative route going to Coastal Road. You need not use Aguinaldo Highway when going home to Avida Settings Cavite.
Property value in Molino on the rise!
When Avida Residences – Sta. Catalina was first introduce about 6 years ago, you can get a house & lot for P1.6M. The same property has appreciated to P3M. Then comes Avida Settings – the American themed residences whose first offering for a basic house and lot was P2.5M, now valued at P3.6M after four years.
